Annual Maintenance
BRT Solutions offers an annual maintenance program for custom post-processors developed by BRT. Once the custom post-processor is installed on the customer's system and the preliminary tests are conducted on the NC machine, the post is ready for production. From this point on, the post will be constantly subjected to a variety of unique situations resulting from different combinations of toolpath configurations and geometries as well as changes due to new releases, etc. By purchasing an optional Post-processor Maintenance program, the users can attain the optimum level of confidence and security by knowing that all unaccounted situations will be handled promptly and efficiently by the same people who developed the post and that all changes will include monitoring of the subsequent testing / validation process.
