PTC University Pro/FICIENCY is a Web-based, skills assessment and development-planning tool that can help improve the skills and productivity of your users and measure the effectiveness of education programs. By comparing current user competency against industry-wide or company standards, Pro/FICIENCY delivers a clear development path to improved user productivity.

We provides three types of evaluations using Pro/FICIENCYC

1. Candidate Screening Assessments - objectively determine the technical skills of potential hiring candidates
2. Benchmarking Assessments - assess the capabilities of a particular user or organization. Users and managers can jointly develop a learning program based on the strengths and weaknesses identified in the evaluation.
3. Course CheckPoints - Pro/FICIENCY can help users and managers determine how well someone understands the material of a particular course. Pro/FICIENCY provides an objective assessment on the need for a course refresher or confirmation that one can progress to the next course in the curriculum.
